Services

We provide programming consulting focused on automated software testing, delivered as scoped projects or ongoing advisory. Specific deliverables, fees in MYR (RM), and timelines appear only in a signed or written statement of work.

Orders and payment

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, you own deliverables created specifically for you upon full payment. We retain rights to pre-existing tools and generic know-how.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect non-public technical and business information shared during engagements.

Liability

Consulting is provided with reasonable skill and care. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim, except where Malaysian law does not permit limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Consumer remedies under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 remain available where applicable.
