Eligibility

Fixed-scope projects: if you cancel in writing within 7 calendar days of accepting the proposal and before substantive work begins, fees paid are refunded minus any documented third-party costs already incurred.
Work in progress: once a milestone has started (code merged, workshops delivered, or reports issued), that milestone fee is non-refundable.
Advisory blocks: unused prepaid hours may be refunded within 7 calendar days of purchase if no sessions were scheduled; after the first session, remaining hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once with 48 hours’ notice.

Deposits

Deposits stated in your proposal secure calendar time. They are non-refundable if you cancel after we reserved the start date.

How to request a refund

Email info@stackhaven.digital with your name, proposal reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days unless banking rules require longer.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including access to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying disputes up to RM 50,000.
