1. Intake without shelf pricing

We do not publish universal rate cards online. After you send an inquiry, we schedule a discovery call to learn about applications under test, existing suites, and compliance constraints relevant to your sector.

2. Written scope before billing

Accepted engagements receive a document listing deliverables (for example, “stabilise API regression in GitLab CI”), assumptions, timeline, and fees in MYR (RM) with taxes described if they apply. You confirm in writing before work begins.

3. Delivery modes
